If the blood pressure is more than 140/90, a woman should discuss this with a doctor and should take a proper treatment.

» Breast Cancer Screening (Mammogram)

The number of breast cancer patients is increasing with an alarming rate. Starting at the age of 50, a woman should get regular breast cancer screening. She should get scanned once in two years until she reach the age of 74 and after that should discuss with the doctor if she needs the screening.
